Annual Meeting and BBQ

The Annual Meeting and BBQ will be held this year at Tuckers Grove Park – Area 4.  Click on map below for details.

The Squadron will provide BBQ chicken with special preparations by “Chef John”!.  Plates and utensils will be provided as well.

Attendees are requested to bring POT LUCK items including:

• Garlic Bread
• Chips and dip
• Beans
• Salad 
• Desserts
• Drinks

Auction

White Elephant Auction-after meal
Bring a wrapped item (new or lightly used)
The auction will be different this year, with participants buying raffle
tickets for $5 each and placing them in a collection bag next to the item
that they’re interested in. Tickets will be drawn from the bag to
determine the lucky winner.
