SUMMARY:Catalina Cruise - Two Harbors
DESCRIPTION:This is a week-long Cruise to Catalina led by the Ciolinos.  It’s a long haul to Two Harbors – almost 90 miles but well worth the effort.  Whether you’ve been there before or this will be your first time\, it’s a gorgeous location with lots to do once you’re there.  Arriving mid-week means you should be able to secure a good mooring with no need to move when the weekend arrives. Details will be provided by Rich and Peggy prior to cruise. NOTE: Weather conditions will always dictate safety of planned cruises. \nTwo Harbors has a general store\, restaurant and coffee shop\, marine mechanic\, fuel\, water and sewage dump so you can be comfortable for a week.  There are lots of activities including hiking\, kayaking\, snorkeling and scuba.  A rental shop is open daily for all water activities including air tank fills. Lolling on the protected beach is also encouraged! \nDeparture on the 26th is timed to coincide with the PCYC cruise.  The idea is that you can break up the long trip home with a stop at PCYC for several nights to enjoy their hospitality.  Check out that event for details.

DESCRIPTION:This will be a fun rally afternoon for both rag hangers and stink potters. The course and “rules” will be determined as we get closer to the actual date. Following the rally\, we will gather to both socialize and discuss our performance and tactics. It will be a fun afternoon for all squadron members. \nWe ask that members who are planning to participate advise the event coordinator if they would be willing to host members without a boat. Members without a boat should RSVP to the event coordinator who will work to match them up with a “ride”. \nNOTE: As with all on the water events\, they are subject weather and sea conditions. The weather coordinator will “call the weather” to indicate a go/no-go for these events.
